Purchased Dell Inspiron 7500 2n1 during pandemic. Now difficult to turn on and mousepad often doesn't work. Customer service offered to replace broken part, but on back order till at least April/May. That would mean half a year of a broken, not-always-working device. As an alternative they offered refurbished laptop to replace new device. No thank you! Have escalated to get better resolution. One thing is to get a lemon, another thing to not stand behind your product!
