Dell Customer Service Stealing Customer Information

I called Dell Customer Support about a new Dell laptop. The laptop kept overheating. The customer service rep, Mike, proceeded to share my computer, compromised my data and tried ordering gift cards for himself for Best Buy and Amazon. Fortunately I was able to cancel both his purchases and change my passcodes. I called Dell to report it to Dell security. They took the information, but did not really seem concerned!
