I waited 2 hours, 20 minutes to even talk to a representative...What poor customer service...Single worst Domestic carrier...DELTA.."Don't expect your luggage to arrive "...I will pay more money to other carriers who appreciate their customers...2 1/2 hours on hold!!!...Pathetic Business Model.....
