Absolutely shocking customer service. They say there is buyers protection but it's worthless. I purchased something that was seriously damaged when it arrived. I complained but they said that you could see it in the picture but you had to really blow up the image to see it! Plus the description said it was like new with no damage mentioned at all. I will never but off them again!
