I like Depop and the very large variety of sellers, and the obvious reason of convenience of online shopping and such but I am VERY UNSATISFIED when they changed the option to cancel a sale. I recently made an expensive purchase and then realized I shouldn’t have bought it. A customer should ALWAYS have an option to cancel an order before shipping. Depop removed that option and for this reason only…I limit my sales with them. Please put back this option. Now I have to go back and forth with the seller to get a refund, wasting both of our times, and the high inconvience of waiting 5-10 business days for my money back. That’s of course if the seller is nice and is willing to refund your money. They are not obligated under policy to give you back your monies. Too much work. I’d rather shop for these items on another app.
