I ordered my son a hoodie that’s taking ages to arrive. There’s nowhere on the app to track your package, so I needed to Google how to do it. They use a third party to track. I’d forgotten my login details so requested an rms to reset. Just like the hoodie, the email has not arrived, hours later. I tried again and the same had happened. So it seems there’s no way of getting in touch or tracking my parcel. They were quick to take my money though.
