This company is an absolute joke and I will never use them again.My account was compromised so I immediately contacted them, they have no phone number (which is absolutely ridiculous in itself given how big a company they are) so I emailed.The person who compromised my account changed the bank details meaning my depop balance from items I have recently sold will transfer to their bank instead of my own. I managed to access my account but it won't let me change the bank account details - apparently you can only change them once every 10 days, meaning the entire depop balance of hundreds of pounds is going to be transferred to whoever hacked me. I am about to lose hundreds of pounds worth of items that I have sold because I've recently lost my job. I cannot afford to lose this money.I've explained this to 2 different people in their support team and neither are reading the emails because they're replying with instructions of how to change the bank details when I'VE CLEARLY STATED IN MY EMAIL TO YOU THAT IT WON'T LET ME CHANGE THEM.DO YOU EVEN READ THE EMAILS YOUR CUSTOMERS SEND YOU?!I'm absolutely flabbergasted at how many "customer experience" agents they seem to have on LinkedIn that work for them yet NONE OF THEM CAN DO THEIR JOB PROPERLY. YOU ARE LITERALLY STEALING MY MONEY AND YOU DO NOT CARE THAT I'VE BEEN HACKED. SORT YOURSELVES OUT AND HELP ME.
