I went to go sign in just to be informed that I can no longer log in because I had been permanently suspended. I had no idea what I could have possibly been banned for as I had not done anything wrong and I wasn't sent any kind of warning or email explaining what I had done wrong or why I was suspended in the first place. I then reached out to Depop's customer service team and never heard back even after attempting to reach out a second time. I then looked into it and found out Depop has done this to countless users with no explanation. Very frustrating and disappointing as I had put a lot of time into my small business on their platform just for it to be taken away without notice or reason.
