After nearly two months of my assistance request (urgent as well, as it's causing thousand users being unable to sign-in using Discord), guess what? I got no response at all! I've been soliciting them to answer every two weeks but they just don't care. Let's face the truth, Discord sucks and is full of bug.. it's better to use other alternatives with real people ready to help instead of useless automated responses.
