I wanted to transfer out after Domain.com tried nickle and dimeing me on my domain. Every time I went to login, they showed an ad before letting me go to my dashboard. Most of the UI buttons on the dashboard didn't work either or threw errors. Not to mention DNS failures causing issues for my site.On the transfer, it was painful. They did everything in their power to prevent me from getting auth codes. I had to go through multiple reps in the chat before they let me get my auth code for the transfer.There are many other registrars out there with better rates and privacy already included. With domain.com, you have to pay an extra $10+ a year for privacy protection else they just put all your details out there for anyone to see.
