Complete disaster. Avoid at all costs. I very foolishly registered a .io domain at domain.com and assumed that there would be privacy protection because the webpage said so. It turns it domain.com does not offer privacy protection for .io domains as they claim it's not available. Because of their lack of transparency (nowhere did it say that .io domains don't qualify for privacy) I requested a refund but they refused. Completely useless. I then had to wait 60 days per ICANN guidelines to transfer the domain away from Domain.com.The only "good" thing was that their chat service was available but now it seems that's also gone. Please avoid at all costs.
