Forget about refundOnce you forget you have auto renewal on, there is no way you get refunded in case you forgot about your bankrupt business. You can't easily change email address that is associated with your account (even if it's deleted), support doesn't help at all. To change your email, you need to show proof of your identity and bank statements. So in order for me to cancel auto renewal of dead account, I need to change my email by submitting documents I am not comfortable with. Robbery at most. Will never recommend to anyone.
