I was charged for a domain that I thought I would use. I never used that domain, (had really forgotten about it) I chatted with Domain.com and they promptly refunded my charges and cancelled all services so I won't ever be charged again. They were professional, understanding and amazing in solving my problem which reduced my stress level greatly.These guys are great!
