I called shortly after the auto-renewal went through not realizing that there was an auto-renewal feature. I didn't like that I wasn't reimbursed for the fees due to policy. That said, the agent was able to accommodate a partial refund for the protections and for the ".online" which I wouldn't have selected under normal circumstances (essentially it felt like a bait and switch indicating free for a year and charging a lot on renewal which should be disclosed up front). I don't like the policy but, this wasn't the agents fault. The policy should really accommodate a pro-rata refund.
