Do not order with panda express/doordash

I had a missing item in my panda express order. Customer service gave me a 15% refund that would arrive in 10-12 business days(the same day I ordered). It’s now been 27 days and I’ve received no refund. I called again(now 3 or more times) and its believed that my refund may have not been initiated…The last time I called, a rep confirmed it appeared that the refund was processing. I asked her to send me an email of status proof, she said she did but I didn’t receive anything. Now I have to wait another 10-12 days to see what happens.
