What I received was an email apologizing for the service; HOWEVER, there would not be a refund granted. There is a benefit of paying via credit card. This matter will be disputed. HURRAY for screenshots and email responses from Doordash. No wonder its star rating is 1. YOU FOLKS ARE A JOKE and I sincerely hope you have to file for bankruptcy. Your drivers provide inadequate service because the LACK OF CUSTOMER CARE STOPS FROM THE TOP OF DOORDASH'S EMPLOYEES AND DECISION-MAKERS.When I am done with spreading the word of your horrible customer service, and providing tourist with other food service alternatives, you will kick yourself after realizing, it would have been so much better for our business and reputation to just make THIS customer whole by crediting her the $20 she lost dealing with DoorDash. . . .
