I use DoorDash often. This experience comes from San Juan Puerto Rico. I ordered Cheesecake Factory. Made sure I was at the door waiting..30 minutes ahead of time. No food ever delivered. Then driver sends picture of the front hotel door saying food was delivered. I did request a refund and I will probably receive it. What I don't like is that I pre-tipped the driver 20$ for a 10 minute drive that they didn't deserve. There should be a better way to review the drivers of DoorDash so you know who your getting while using the service. Juneilys was the driver's name for anyone wondering
