Dreamhost has been my hosting provider for at least a year, maybe closer to two, and I've never had any problems. When I did finally have an issue (my fault, I tried reinstalling software and had a problem), the response from the actual human being in customer service (Andres, thank you!) was prompt, polite, and didn't just tell me how to solve my problem, he actually went ahead and solved it for me. After letting myself getting frustrated to the point of tears before reaching out to customer support, it was incredibly nice to come back to my computer and have the problem fixed. So grateful!
