Extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Harrods. I purchased a high-value sofa through their store, which turned out to be faulty. Not only was the product itself below standard, but the customer service I received throughout the process was deeply lacking. Despite the clear inconvenience and frustration, there was no sense of genuine care or responsibility from their team, especially from representatives like Chyle.To make matters worse, once the refund was processed, Harrods also deducted the full value of my Rewards points associated with the order—adding insult to injury.I expected a far higher level of service and accountability from a retailer with Harrods’ reputation. Based on this experience, I will not be shopping here again, and I’ll be advising friends and colleagues to steer clear as well.
