My experience with AnyVan was horrendous. My slot was between 10 & 12 in the morning. At approximately 11.30 I phoned the removal van ( because I hadn’t heard from them) & was told that they would be about 3 hours late. When they did arrive the van wasn’t big enough. I payed for 2 people but ended up with their girlfriends as well. They told me that they hadn’t been told that I wanted 3 items dismantled & assembled but thankfully I had proof on my phone. The only tool they had was an old electric drill that couldn’t do the job. My son, daughter in law & I ended up taking the items apart with the neighbours tools plus my son had to show them how to manoeuvre the larger items through doors & down the stairs & I quickly came to the conclusion that these removal men were not professionals. Also I want to add that they asked me if I had any food as they were hungry. I payed over a thousand pounds for this service. Anybody reading this PLEASE DON’T make the same mistake I did by using this company.
