I called Mercedes Ascot (Vertu) on Saturday 6th Jan 2024 spoke to a salesman called Mike who said he would call me back, in 10 minutes. My query was regarding the hatch back on a new A-Class and did it feature the electronic tail gate version. Four days has passed I am still waiting for Mike to me call back. (where is Mike) In the meantime I called Mercedes Reading and spoke to Molly White who was excellent and very professional. We visited Reading on Sunday and purchased a new A Class Mercedes for mum and Molly delivered it to my mother-in-law today. Molly delivered the car personally and spent time going through all the new features on the car. Mum lives in Ascot so Molly had to pass the dealership Mercedes Ascot and still no news from Mike.
