Poor service from Charles Tyrwhitt. Andre was obviously following company orders. I had a problem ordering 4 items from your black Friday offer. The site would not give me the discount. Andre informed me it was a mistake and couldn't honour the offer. He was allowed to give me a 15 percent discount which I refused. I would have expected a reputable company to honour their mistake whilst it was rectified. I still got further emails with the same offer! I have used Charles Tyrwhitt on and off for many years, I do not intend to purchase from you again following this very poor episode. Shame on you.
