I'm having problems downloading folders... the folder is only 1.2GB with 40 files... should be easy... but I can only download each file (jpg) individually. I contacted Dropbox Customer Service and they are the absolute worse.... they kept asking me the same questions over and over again... my answers did not change... but they kept forgetting my response. Finally they said they would escalate the issue... it's been two days and NO ONE has contacted me to figure out what is going on.... Dropbox technical support is the worse... I'm going to cancel my membership and strat using a different company.
