This is the worst experience I have ever had with online shopping. First of all, nothing is in stock, and nothing ever gets restocked either. I thought MULTIPLE pairs of shoes I wanted were in stock in my size, only to get to the payment page, and it would not let me buy them! It would simultaneously say “only 3 left in stock” and “the items in your cart need to be removed because they are not available”! Let me stress that this happened to me many, MANY times when I was searching for shoes. I talked to customer service, and the man I talked to assured me they would update their shoe supply. I go back to the same pages a week later — it still says that the shoes are in stock when they are not! I finally found a pair of shoes that WAS in stock, and it took FOREVER for them to get to my house!! I never write reviews for things, negative or positive, but this has been such a frustrating shopping experience. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME SHOPPING HERE!
