I placed an order 15 days ago and the order has not shipped. But that’s not the worst part, I paid with a $50 gift card and put the balance ($2.74) on my Visa. DSW has charged my Visa $52.74. I have emailed back and forth with customer support and the issue has not been resolved. I will never order from DSW again. I have never experienced something like this. I am completely disappointed. You can’t just charge people without authorization!
