I ordered two pair of boots and was charged for them in addition, they billed me again for a $59 charge. When I called and wrote asking why this additional charge was made they gave me some run around about how holds are put on your card. Neither pair of boots was $59. Turns out they billed me a second time for shoes I bought in October. What a mess! Hours on hold. Just reverse the charges!
