The only reason why I'm giving one star…

The only reason why I'm giving one star is because that's the lowest I can choose to be able to write this review. I ordered shoes in early March prior to the COVID-19 shut downs. By the time I received the shoes all the stores were closed due to the pandemic. The shoes were too big, so with a 60 day return limit I decided to ship them back instead of wait to see when the local store would open up again. I ran into a problem because I had used a VISA gift card to pay for them and no longer had the gift card because I used the entire balance. I requested to get a store credit instead, but I was told that there was nothing they could do for me. They put my credit back on the gift card that I told them I no longer had! And when I asked for the gift card number so I could try to get it replaced, they said they didn't have that information. So now, I am out $47 AND don't even have the shoes! After going back and forth 3 or 4 times with no luck, I have decided that I will not purchase anything from DSW again.
