I recently ordered the franco sarto hadley riding boots and the arrived a couple days ago. The boots had been worn, heel worn down and soles were dirty. No packing in box and box had no lid. Not a regular boot box, just a regular box. I immediately emailed Dsw. They responded and said had started a refund, They would not send me another pair to be exchanged when I returned them to store but instead said I had to reorder and pay for them and would get refund from the worn one. This was not acceptable for me since it was not my fault. I argued but they would not allow me to switch for a new pair. I returned them and they issued me a credit, which I gave to my daughter because I will not shop there again, I had previous ordered boots at beginning of year and paid online and shipped to store and they sold them. Said they no longer had them but they did have them online, and I had to reorder, will go to Macys or some other shoe store. Poor customer service. They blame and punish customer when it is their fault..All I wanted was to exchange the worn pair for a new pair not worn. Also I had paid with a gift card and balance on my debit card. Why was I given the full balance on store credit. I have no intention of shopping with you again!!!!
