It was my first time shopping at this store. I ordered a pair of flip flops in december and it said 4-7 business days for arrival. It was more than 2 weeks so I call customer service there was no one available to speak to as they had the operator speaking. I called to the Woodfield store and the supervisor couldn’t help me cancel my order. She provided the worst customer service. After being a month of ordering it I could reach to customer service. She said the order is ready to pick up but I never got email saying its ready. I asked her to call store before I go to pick it up. The store didn’t have my order and finally she cancel it for me.
