U can't take the money for a subscription if it’s a free trial for seven days while the customer didn't finish 7 days and I cancel in time to see that u took the money from my account on the 6th day. U can reach to speak with customer service or a robot because they don't have one just a email where nobody answers at and in the refund policy we can't contact the app himself we have to contact our bank, apple or google for a refund Which I’m now waiting on a request for a refund from apple. Which now I’m out of pocket for £68.99 because of a free trial
