How I got my refund …

I wasn’t given the reminder message promised before the 7 day free trial, remembered on day 8 and they had charged me, there wasn’t even an email about the charge!I managed to get a refund though, I went into manage subscriptions, report a problem and the very last option “right to withdraw” I had to wait 2 days for a decision but I got the refund. If your within 14 days this should apply to you too.As a language app I think Duolingo is a great stepping stone to get you into it, just a shame they are being sneaky about locking you into a contract.
