I have been a user of Duolingo since 2019 and never had any technical issues and no problems renewing my subscription. I renewed my subscription a couple of days ago and chose family plan. They took my money and ended my subscription. I have tried contacting them but have yet to get a response. They also don’t give refunds you have to go through apple as that’s how I paid. If Duolingo get my subscription sorted out then that’s okay but I don’t think I will renew it again if I going to have to go through all the stress of getting it sorted. Pity they don’t pay attention to their customers reviews it’s obvious they don’t care about customer service.
