Despite extensive searching, I can find no way to speak to a customer service representative. I was on a 975+day learning streak. When my phone was damaged, I bought a new one and the Duolingo app transferred over but started me at Day 1, Unit 1, Lesson 1. I had paid extra for ad-free learning, but with the transfer it reverted to ads. So frustrating. I'm done. Just canceled subscription and deleted the app.
