I don’t usually write reviews but I’m so frustrated I had to. I’ve been playing FIFA for years, spent a lot of time and money on Ultimate Team. Out of nowhere, I got locked out of my account. I thought it was just a glitch or something, but when I contacted EA support, they told me I was banned for “breaking terms of service.”I asked what I did wrong and they just kept sending me copy-paste answers. I never cheated or did anything shady. I just played the game like normal. After a week of back and forth with support, they basically said the ban is final and there’s nothing they can do. No refund, no clear explanation, nothing.So now I’ve lost everything I spent actual money on and EA doesn’t even care. Never buying another EA game again.
