EA is a money-hungry garbage game studio and all of the people who work for them should be ashamed. Banning accounts of people who did no wrong and then not fixing it seems to be a common practice for them. I can't believe my account that I've spent money on was banned over a mistake on their end. I've tried to reach out and they hardly communicate with their customers, then when someone does finally come around to "resolve your issue" the representative is rude and misunderstanding. I'm done with EA. Worst game studio on the market right now.
