I bought add-on points for FC that never appeared in the game. I am now into the 5th email where they are asking me for one detail every time to drag this out. They have all the information already (from my first email) and after 5 emails, they are now asking for the same thing over and over as they have run out of script to avoid me. Their emails are generated from ChatGPT. EA Sports has turned into a SCAM.
