Pretty sure you're writing with bots. There's no chance people can be so dumb, I hope. You create ticket in PC section and they ask for Xbox tag or PSN ID. You purchase EA Play directly from EA and they ask for purchase confirmation, cause apparently they're lack ability to check if someone is an active EA Play subscriber. They need 10 different information from you, but they ask for 1 per day, or two days (that's how often they respond), so solving a simple case takes at lease a week of exchanging messages and yet, my case is still not solved.
