Just spent the last hour trying to figure out how to get my sims 4 add-ons to even work, only to find out that the reason was the EA app not working correctly. Then, when I finally got my add-ons fixed by reinstalling origin and downloading them through there, I couldn't even open the EA app right after without it throwing a fit and telling me to close origin even though it was closed. I re-opened and closed origin numerus times yet the EA app still continued to show the same pop-up and preventing me from opening the app itself. I should not have to reinstall and uninstall origin just so that I'm able to play my game properly on the EA app, it should be fully capable of doing it on its own. I was so freaked out from thinking that around 30 dollars had just gone down the drain just because of the incompetence of this app. This is an unreliable app and its honestly disappointing. If you aren't ready to switch games from app to app then don't, and you clearly aren't ready. I hope to see some changes soon, or people will continue to be unhappy with your services and quite frankly, as much as I would like to use this app in confidence, I am exhausted and done dealing with this it.
