EA is now the absolute worst major company. Their madden23 game didn't give me 50 packs I purchased. Then I called several times to simply request what I paid for they told me they cannot help even though every agent I spoke to agreed 100% my packs were missing. Then every time I tweeted them my problem they'd delete the tweets within minutes. Funny how quickly they can do that but I've asked for help from Aug-Dec. They truly are a terrible company.
