I never really write reviews but this has easily been the worst customer experience I’ve ever had with a company. My account got banned after being hacked into and after trying for weeks to get this account back they continue to reinstate the ban. Imagine spending so long using an account only for it to be banned by someone else getting into your account and never getting it back. I can’t even unbind it from my steam account. Horrendous experience, I wouldn’t even bother trying to get any form of account assistance from them
