I sent an e-mail concerning in-game issues and nobody responded. Instead of receiving any help, I received a message to start a survey. Anyway, on the whole they're another useless, shady, greedy, money oriented company. The name of this game publisher doesn't up to its reputation. They have nothing to do with arts let alone sports not to mention how buggy their games are. Fortunately I don't play their games, if so, only within game pass. For example they made a bad decision about Anthem based on their greediness and not putting faith in this project cause it still has some potential. They won't get any coin from me. I prefer playing SE games (Outriders, Marvel's) as we can get more expansions and updates.
