Terrible customer service. I have purchased about 5 EA games through my xbox. For whatever reason there is an issue linking my “ea account” to my xbox account so i can’t play any of these games that i purchased. I’ve spent about 4 hours chatting with customer support trying to get my “ea account” recovered or changed to a new one, and they have been no help whatsoever. I give up. Going to try to get refunds for my games. I will never purchase or play another EA game again. Because apparently they won’t let me ?
