I've then a customer of eBay for 22 years. I was going to move so I asked to put my store on hold. They said I couldn't put my store on hold. I moved all my stuff was packed up. I sold 10 items because they wouldn't let me put my store on old. Then I couldn't fulfill the items. So now I got 10 bed marks on my account. I call and say I don't think I'm responsible for these bad marks because I called and your agent told me I couldn't put my store on hold and then I called back a month later and you told me I could and that I should have called back sooner like it was my fault that your agent gave me by the information. Last night I called and told them I wanted to take my store down and not be charged anymore. Today I'm being charged again so I call back and complain. They just keep telling me things that aren't true. I'm tired of eBay. They need to get their stuff together and quit blaming their customers for their representatives incompetence.
