USPS tracking clearly shows it was delivered on May 10, 2025, and signed for by the recipient “J. Solano.”I submitted the official USPS Proof of Delivery (with signature and address), yet eBay has ignored all of my messages. My payment of $289 is still on hold.I also contacted eBay Japan — no reply. Meanwhile, my account has been restricted.This experience has deeply shaken my trust in eBay. I hope eBay will resolve this quickly and fairly.
