eBay refuses to release my income for 30 days. Initially they said it hadn't been delivered, despite the buyer confirming that he picked it up. then they said it was in case the buyer complains. However, he already left feedback stating that the item worked great and he was very satisfied. It took several tries to reach a real human as the chat bot kept going around in circles, repeating the same questions on several occasions. I give them 1 star for the fact that their live assistants use real Indian names. They may not help but at least they aren't lying about their ethnicity.
