Awful customer service

It is such a disappointment, I have been a fan of the Economist for over 20 years.I went through multiple questionnaires to click on "cancel my subscription", only to then be told I had to chat/ phone to get it done. I then had to repeat "Please cancel my subscription" multiple times.This is amateur, resorting to friction and deception to keep subscribers
