Irritated at the clearly manipulative tactics around cancelations. I literally started taking screenshots of my chat with their "support" because I could tell it was mildly scammy. Now reading all these reviews here, it appears I was right. They even have a few 5 star reviews here which are so obviously paid for or employees. Wow my estimation of this company dropped like a rock. Good move whomever made these decisions, keep losing customers.👍
