Magazine is good. The subscriber experience was terrible. I cancelled the subscription during the trial period and still got charged for it. The refund was only processed seven days after cancellation and will apparently take up to 10 days to show in my card, meaning that they withhold the money for more than two weeks even though I did not enjoy a day of non-trial subscription. The Economist also makes you contact a customer service agent to cancel your subscription; you cannot cancel yourself via your customer account page.
