Terrible company. It was a mistake to join their 12£ for 12 weeks offer. Before the offer finished I thought I cancelled my account by logging in online. but they still charged me 53£. Then they changed my account area online to make me feel i never cancelled it. I felt I was cheated big time. I am never going to buy their any of product again. having said that, I think i have some fault as well. I did noticed their magazines still coming to post sometimes and it should have alarmed me that account is not cancelled. I kind o ignored them feeling that I already cancelled my account and I am not going to pay for it anyway. But they still kept charging without me realizing it.
