Good product until you have something that doesn't follow the script. Then as good as it is when things work, it's as bad when it doesn't. For example, the proctored version of the test doesn't work on Mac 10.14 but you don't know that until the very end, and then their response is "sorry we haven't upgraded our software, you will need to borrow someone else's computer to take your test." ?? Anyhow, I'm an edX fan, but support is really lacking...
